- 1971 – the Enterprise of Machine Tools is set up as the first enterprise to manufacture machine tools in the Romanian eastern region - Moldavia;
- 1973 - the first manufacturing capacity is commissioned and the first horizontal boring and milling machines, type AF/AFD are manufactured – at an output of 200 machines a year;
- 1973 – 1983 – machine tools are purchased for the in-house production, machines manufactured by internationally well-known companies: boring and milling machines, machining centers, planing machines, bridge-type milling machines, guideways grinding machines, coordinate drilling machines, etc.
- 1974 – bridge-type milling machines are introduced in production, type FLP, as well; the first boring and milling machines are exported to the U.S.A., Italy, Poland, Russia, Czechoslovakia, etc.
- 1977 – 1985 – new machines are introduced in production: machining centers, grinding machines; flexible cells, transfer lines, special purpose machines;
- 1985 – CNCAN authorization is obtained for manufacturing nuclear equipment under quality assurance norms, Series AQ-04, 2nd category;
- 1985 – the automatic line for engine rolls covers is manufactured and delivered to the Dacia Enterprise for Automobiles, Pitesti, Romania;
- 1986 – the machining center type CPFH 800, presented at the International Technical Exhibition from Brno (Czechoslovakia) where it won the gold medal - a recognition of the quality and of the competitive experience on the international market;
- 1986 – the line for machining brake drums for trucks – type BTA 60 - is delivered to MEGU company - Leipzig, Germany;
- Automatic lines for bar peeling, straightening and polishing, manufactured for the metallurgic industry are delivered in the country as well as abroad (in the former C.A.E.R. countries)
- 1989 – 1994 – three equipments are delivered for the Unit no.1 of the Nuclear-Electric Plant at Cernavoda, Romania.
This stage represented an increase of production and human potential, and also gaining a rich experience in the domain of machine tools. Over 100 types of machine tools, equipments, automatic lines, machining centers have been introduced into production, either of our own design or made in collaboration with research and design institutes from Romania or from abroad.
