The time period after the privatization is characterized by a program of reorganization. The purpose is to make the whole activity of the company more efficient, having a direct effect on the profit increase. This is made through: decreasing the production costs, optimizing the technological flux and production concentration, increasing the technical performances of the existing production machines in order to obtain a higher production quality. The final purpose of all actions is to increase the market share, the strong points of the company products being the quality and the price.

- In order to satisfy a continuously growing market, a step has been made from manufacturing conventional machines to CNC machines and the share of these machines in the company’s production grew up year by year.

- High complexity and productivity machines have been delivered to world renowned companies from USA: DAIMLER CHRYSLER, GENERAL MOTORS, COLONIAL MACHINE, WISCONSIN MACHINE TOOLS, ACME CORPORATION, BUCYRUS INTL., CORHART REFRACTORIES, EXACTECH, etc;

- 2000 – In USA was delivered the RPVR 6700 surface grinding machine – the biggest of its kind in the world, a special order from SCHAFFER GRINDING COMPANY, which bought over 30 surface grinding machines over time.

- Our company participated to important international exhibitions in USA (IMTS, Chicago), Germany (METAV, Düsseldorf), China (CIMES & CMTF, Beijing), Italy (EMO Milano), India (IMTF Delhi and afterwards Mumbai)

- CNE equipment manufacturing was resumed; a complete equipment was delivered for the second unit of the Nuclear-Electric Plant in Cernavodă, other two equipments are currently under manufacturing.

- Over 80% of the company’s production is delivered in USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Turkey, India, South Korea, Egypt, etc.
