Participation to the program for qualification as “CNC machine tools operator” - within the project PHARE 2006, ”Continuous Vocational Formation, Basis of Human Resource Development in the North-East Region”.

- Company qualified 11 persons whose theoretical and practical training was performed in the machining workshops, on vertical turning machines and Plano-millers equipped with CNC SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D.

2010 –2011

Participation to the project ”Qualification of the Human Resources of the Companies – Stimulus of Performance and Adaptability to the Work Market” - project co-financed from the European Social Fund through the Sector Program Development of Human Resources 2007-2013 - Invest in People!, Priority Axis 2: ”Correlating the Learning during the Life Time to the Work Market”, Major Field of Intervention 2.3: ”Access and Participation to Continuous Vocational Formation”.

- Qualification courses as ”lathe operator” (8 persons)

- Practical training for the job of ”industrial dyer” (3 persons)

Company provided training rooms and working places endowed with technical equipment suitable for practical training process of the personnel being trained.

2011

Organizing Vocational Formation Courses for Various Occupations

- The involved persons take part to training programs for a determined duration, being assured with the technical basis (theoretical and practical) suitable for the respective job;

- After completion of the vocational formation time, evaluation tests are organized and the trained personnel signs an additional document to the Individual Work Contract.

Practical Partnership between World Machinery Works SA and University ”Vasile Alecsandri” from Bacau, Faculty of Economy Sciences – Frame Convention for the practice stage for the licence university studies in the fields of accountability and marketing (22 students) - within the project ”Practical Preparation for the Work Market”, financed through the Sector Program “Development of Human Resources 2007-2013”.
