- Roll Grinding Machine Model RGC 2000x11,000 CNC is one of the largest roll grinders produced by World Machinery Works SA Bacau, and the largest delivered to India. It was designed to fulfill customer’s special requirements in terms of surface quality and productivity. RGC 2000x11,000 CNC is designed to grind both work and back-up rolls for hot mills.

- Normally, the roll chocks are removed before grinding. In order to increase the productivity, machine is fitted with special devices and supports that allow grinding the rolls with the chocks on, as well as automatic chock tilting, thus eliminating the times needed for removing/mounting the roll chocks.

- Machine is designed to grind rolls of up to 130 tons weight, at a surface roughness within 0,025 - 0,8 microns (Ra) and a grinding accuracy equal to 0,002 mm or better.
